BREWERS VS PIRATES PREDICTION

This is a great letdown spot for the Brewers after a sweep of the Cubs and a huge comeback win in yesterday’s game. Usually in baseball when emotions run high a letdown is in order. The Pirates will be hungry to play the Brewers on their home field for the first time in a year after losing 7 of the last 10 in Milwaukee. The Pirates have a career .265 team batting average against Burnes with 18 hits in 68 at-bats. Burnes has not been pitching as well as he started this season. In his last 3 starts, he has a 5.70 ERA while averaging only 5 innings per start with over 4 walks per game. The Brewers’ bullpen was exhausted against the Cubs so when Burnes comes out the Crew won’t be sending in the top guys. There is a lot of value with the Pirates getting the Brewers in this spot with +220. Take the Pirates to pull off the upset.
