Prediction:  Houston has had a much easier path to the Elite 8 in comparison to the Beavers. The Houston offense relies on Dejon Jarreau and he will have to dominate this game if Houston is going to win. The problem for Houston and Jerraeu is that Oregon State is playing much better on both sides of the ball. Look for Coach Tinkle’s defense to limit the rest of the Cougars on offense and keep this game close throughout. The line is too high and there is a legitimate chance the Beavers could win this one straight up. Both teams focus on defense first so this should be a low-scoring game that will go Under.

Prediction: Arkansas’ win over Oral Roberts was not an impressive one by any means, in fact, they probably should have lost that game. Arkansas is playing banged up and after that last win, its confidence can’t be where they would like it when facing this Baylor team with one of the stingiest defenses in college basketball. Arkansas is going to have a difficult time scoring on Baylor in comparison to its recent opponents and especially in conference SEC play. Baylor had one of its worst shooting performances of the season in its last game at Hinkle Fieldhouse where this game will NOT be played. This game will be played at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis on the big stage for its first time. Look for Baylor to dominate this game offensively and defensively to cover the spread.
